Screenings, screenings and more screenings...

‘Tis the season for…SCREENINGS! The excitement is building for the holidays which are right around the corner…but as we head into the busiest and most festive time of year, I’d like to highlight all the work my film teams have accomplished thus far this year. I had the honor to perform in Outgrown, A Safe Place, and even my first film that I wrote, produced and acted in came back in a major way…Darkness.

Thank you to Rogala Productions for the work on editing and releasing A Safe Place. The film features Catherine Rogala, George Deihl and myself. It’s about two worlds colliding and how each character responds to information received. Top Shorts named our film in the top 40 best shorts category. It also screened at the Lift-Off Global Network, New York Short Film Tuesdays & The Roxy Hotel NYC Underground Film Festival. #aSafePlace

Outgrown is about two kids in the 90’s who love their favorite group, Outkast, and what lengths they’ll go to in hopes of going to an Outkast concert. You can read more about Outgrown in two posts under this one. Thank you to the Hip Hop Film Festival NYC, Gary International Black Film Festival, Twin Cities Black Film Festival, Gentleman Jack’s Real to Reel, The Harlem School of the Arts, Queen City Film Fest - NJ, and the St. Louis International Film Festival (coming up on November 17) for screening our film at their festivals. #outgrown
